Special K Coffee House Breakfast Shakes (Pt. 2)

Continuing about these shakes… I wanted to, of course, talk about the nutritional value & benefits to drinking Special K Coffee House Breakfast Shakes. First off all, it has under 200 calories, contains 10g of protein & 5g of fiber – what I’m personally happy about is the fact it has nutrients that I desperately need. I’ve included a link to Special K’s website, so you can find why it would be beneficial on a personal level. 🙂 Let me know if you decide to try it & what you think! Enjoy!

Special K Coffee House Breakfast Shakes

So, I received a campaign from BzzAgent of Special K Coffee House Breakfast Shakes; 1 bottle of Vanilla Cappucino & 1 of Chocolate Mocha to try, plus 5 ($1.50 off) coupons towards the purchase of a 4 pk of the Shakes. I really love being a BzzAgent!

For those of you who aren’t familiar with BzzAgent [there’s a link on my blog to the site so you can get in on all the BzzAction!], it’s the World’s Leading Word of Mouth Marketing organization. Alright, back to the shakes – THEY ARE DELICIOUS! I’m not even kidding, they’re seriously great. Vanilla Cappucino is definitely my favorite of the two. It has a subtle yet refreshing taste to it compared to the in-your-face, dessert like richness of the Chocolate Mocha. I still drink the Chocolate, just not as much. Now, why would you drink one of these shakes? Read More in Part 2
